I have been using the Levo II for at least a month now, making a variety of different infusions in a bunch of different recipes. I really enjoy this infuser because of how simple it makes the infusing process and the versatility of things you can make with it. You simply fill the pods with your infusion material, add your oil or butter and set the temperature and time you desire. Once finished the machine alerts you and you press a button to dispense your finished product. It also comes with an app if you prefer to use that.

The Levo 2 doesn't just infuse though, it can also be used to dry and decarb. What I really liked about using it for decarbing is that it eliminates a significant amount of the smell. It isn't completely odor free but it makes a pretty noticeable difference, making the overall process much more discreet.

One complaint I have heard about the infuser is that it doesn't allow you to add enough material to make a potent enough final product. To resolve this issue, you can purchase another pod making it twice as strong. Alternatively, you can use a more concentrated product like kief instead, which is what I did.

In this video I show how I made potent infused MCT oil. I set the temperature setting to 160 and chose to go with a 4 & a half hour infusion time. It produced a beautiful honey colored final product. I then used my MCT oil to make some infused brownies. It is a pretty simple recipe with most ingredients being something many bakers have in their cupboard.
