Chapter 7: A Dragon's Decree

In this chapter, we return to Nohr to confront "dad" about the events that happened, but it seems that to earn his trust once more we must take on yet another mission...

New Units:

- Elise: The youngest nohrian princess whose innocence sometimes lets her see truths that others miss. Loves her siblings unconditionally. Elise is a wonderful supporting unit, with high mobility and great mag to heal units whenever they need to. Later she can be quite the powerhouse after promoting, as she continues her supporting duties.

- Silas: A newly appointed nohrian knight of noble birth and a childhood friend of the Avatar. He is both very kind and skilled. Silas is a very capable cavalier with great str, skl and def. His spd may betray him going into the late game, but even then he should prove very useful as a pair-up partner and may even get some lucky level ups.
*Silas starts with an E rank in lances, so train him in these early chapters or he'll be stuck using swords all game.
*He is also available early on in the Birthright route.

- Effie: A nohrian soldier who works as Elise's retainer and is also her best friend since childhood. Supposedly a very gentle giant. Effie is one of the most powerful units in the game, sporting an amazing str growth and very decent hp, skl, spd and def growths. Absolutely worth investing into.

- Arthur: A local hero from a small town, now a retainer for Elise. He has an eccentric obsession with justice matched only by his incredibly poor luck. A very capable fighter, but, like Silas, may be betrayed by his spd growth, but also even in late-game he can be useful as pair-up support thanks to his class. On his own, he has great hp, str and skl. His lck is extremely poor, though, and may be the end of him unless you patch it up with some Goddess Icons or tonics.
