Assalamualaikum Wr Wb

Kali ini saya bikin sup, resep orang Hongkong
Yang sangat mudah.

Bahan:
1200-1300 ml air
1 buah kentang besar(kecil 2-3 buah)
2 buah tomat (kecil 3-4 buah)
300 g daging sapi ( $20-$25)
3-4 sdm saos tomat
1 sdt merica hitam( bisa di skip)
½ sdt kaldu sapi
Gula batu
Garam secukupnya

Ket:
Jika ingin daging cepat empuk ,bisa menambahkan gula batu,rebus daging selama 5-10 menit dengan api sedang ke besar jangan buka tutupnya .Lalu matikan kompor dan diamkan ±30 menit. Setelah 30 menit rebus lagi dan bisa memasukan semua bahan masak hingga matang.

Kentang harus direndam air garam supaya warnanya tetap cantik. Buang air rendaman sebelum dimasak.

This time I made soup, a Hong Kong recipe
Which is very easy.

Material:
1200-1300 ml of water
1 large potato (2-3 small)
2 tomatoes (small 3-4 pieces)
300 g beef ($20-$25)
3-4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp black pepper (can be skipped)
½ tsp beef broth
Rock sugar
Salt to taste

Note:
If you want the meat to be tender quickly, you can add rock sugar, boil the meat for 5-10 minutes over medium to high heat, don't open the lid. Then turn off the stove and let it rest for ± 30 minutes. After 30 minutes boil again and can add all the ingredients to cook until cooked.

Potatoes should be soaked in salt water to keep their color beautiful. Discard the soaking water before cooking.
