What happens when you hang about the Empyrean Citadel following Fate of the Gods (if you've also completed Ritual of the Mahjarrat and the General's Shadow miniquest I believe).

I really like this exchange, it's just a perfect scene for Sliske's character and the relationship between him and the adventurer. It's more complicated now, at least that's how I've interpreted it.
