I'm cooking Japanese spinach with sesame dressing and Mentaiko pasta today. Both dishes are easy to make. I've learned many simple dishes during my stay in Japan. I'm happy to share with you.

During UK national lockdown, the government has set strict rules to protect the NHS and all of us. I could only do essential grocery shopping at the moment. Hopefully, the pandemic will pass soon so that I could share more 'London city walk' videos again.
