P(x)=x^2-9x+17 Find a point the graph of P(P(x)) corresponding to a local maximum value

Determining a relative maximum for a quadratic function composed with itself. The composition results in a quartic expression with well known end behavior and as many as 3 turning points(one less than the degree of 4)

Expanding the out to the actual fourth degree polynomial was unnecessary since completing the square twice and factoring proved to be a pleasant alternative. The local maximum value of 909/16 occurs at x = 9/2. The length of the neighborhood including x=9/2 was not determined
