Kopernik Friday Night Livestream: Making the Universe Look Good

What does it take to draw the unknown? With imagination inspired by real-life space missions, astronomical artists give us a glimpse into what might be “out there”. Come learn how Joe creates his inspiring artwork. Joe Bergeron has been a professional space and astronomical artist since 1976, working for many commercial clients. Covering the full range of cosmic subjects, Joe works with paint and with digital media alike. If clear, view a first-quarter moon and deep space objects.

We are excited to offer this program both online and in-person. For those that can visit us on-site, doors open at 8:00pm and the program begins at 8:30pm. If the skies are clear, our domes will be open for you to view the night skies through Kopernik’s telescopes both before and after the program.
