Transcript: Per InsideEVs, the 2026 GMC Hummer EV is dropping both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, marking another major step in General Motors’ move to fully eliminate smartphone mirroring from its lineup in the U.S. That leaves the Cadillac Lyriq as the only electric vehicle in GM’s U.S. portfolio still supporting those features.

Set to hit dealers later this year starting at $99,095, the 2026 Hummer EV comes in SUV and pickup form, offering up to 1,160 horsepower and 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds in the new Carbon Fiber Edition. This version also gets unique 22-inch carbon fiber wheels, V2H capability to power your home in a blackout, and the ability to charge another electric vehicle.

GM’s updated Super Cruise system now works with Google Maps to handle lane changes and enables automatic hands-free driving on compatible highways. Another highlight is the new King Crab mode, which makes off-roading easier by turning the rear wheels faster than the front for better agility.

The 2026 Hummer EV is offered in 2X and 3X trims, with driving ranges from 316 to 363 miles depending on configuration.
