Filing a tax return in 2025? Wait! $3600, $5000 extra credit on the table
In this video, we are discussing a potential extra tax credit that is being discussed that could be worth between $3600 and $5000 as discussed by lawmakers and new legislation. This would be retroactive to the 2024 tax filing year which tax returns will be filed in early 2025 on the behalf of 2024. This would be a child tax credit in the amount of $3600 or possibly even as high as a $5000 child tax credit. We are discussing the details of what lawmakers are suggesting and how the child tax credit may be increased which would be an extra credit and give an even bigger refund for some people.
