You need this ONE POT Garlic PARMESAN crispy chicken pasta recipe in your life! This is inspired by a recipe my Mom made for us when we were kids and it's still a family favorite dinner.

I'm using the Ninja Foodi Neverstick PREMIUM POSSIBLE PAN for the first time with this recipe. It's a 4 qt non stick, hard anodized aluminum Pan That comes with a spatula, strainer, and glass lid. Its oven safe to 500⁰Farenheit and works on gas, electric, glass/ceramic, and induction cooktops. Great for one pot meals. More Ninja Foodi Possible Pan reviews to come.

Crispy Garlic PARMESAN chicken pasta recipe

1/2 pound of spaghetti

1 and 1/2 pounds of Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
2 tablespoons of flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup of panko breadcrumbs

4 tablespoons of butter
1/4 of olive oil (you may need more to drizzle at the end)

3 cloves of garlic, chopped
8 ounces of baby spinach
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional, more or less to taste)

To make this dish gluten free you can substitute gluten free pasta. Use cornstarch instead of flour. Substitute gluten free breadcrumbs as well.

Broccoli would be great in this recipe as a substitute or in addition to spinach. Add 8 ounces of broccoli florets to the pasta in the last 2 minutes of cooking the spaghetti.

Shrimp would be a great substitute for chicken.

You could also add a cup of spaghetti sauce to this for a red sauce dish and top with mozzarella cheese if you like.
