Container Cleaning Machines - Inverting Rinser

Inverting Rinsers manufactured by Liquid Packaging Solutions can use air, water or other rinse media to clean containers prior to moving down a packaging line for filling, capping or labeling. Automatic Rinsing Machines are available with two to as many as sixteen rinse nozzles and manual and semi-automatic rinsers are also available.

As bottles move down the power conveyor system, they are indexed into the rinse area of the packaging machine. Once secured, the bottles are inverted over a rinse basin and air, water or other cleaning solution is used to remove dust, debris and other contaminants from the bottles. Once rinsed, bottles are returned to the conveyor system and released to continue their journey through the packaging line.
