Roman Atwood's Stalker Found By FBI

Roman Atwood had to quit YouTube for a brief period of time due to a stalker who had inserted himself into the youtubers lives. They would do extremely scary things including shutting off the youtubers car, turning their lights on and off, hacking into their security cameras, and sending death threats to the youtuber. This continued for a while and Roman had to get the FBI involved who told them not to post YouTube videos for a while, so they could catch the stalker.

Roman Atwood had a crazy stalker that caused some serious problems for himself and his family, the stalker would shut their cars of remotely while they were driving, turn the lights on and off in their house, send pictures to their phone of videos surveillance within their own house, and even text exactly what was in their accounts. This stalker would cause roman Atwood to approach the FBI who would launch an investigation and the entire drama became one of the scariest moments in the you tubes life. I am going to tell you exactly what this stalker did to force Roman Atwood to quit YouTube.

Now Roman Atwood is one of the most recognisable creators on the YouTube platform, especially for the more mature audience. Being one of the main pioneers of vlog style content in the early days of YouTube many would remember watching his vlogs daily. He would post vlogs every single day and every vlog would get millions of views showing the Stan audience he had built with his family. He would then post his final video for a long time on the first of January in 2020 where he celebrated the new year. Everything seemed fine, but then all of a sudden the uploads stopped.

Later than year in August Roman and his family would post a video titled “We will never recover” where he would sit with Brittany and his son Kane and apologize for the lack of content. He said that he really wanted to share the story so people don’t worry, but that he couldn't share the story just yet because he wasn't supposed to be back to recording yet.

2 days later they would announce their latest child, in a video titled “We can’t hide this anymore”. They said that the video they posted last received a lot of comments when people noticed Brittany had a larger belly than usual asking if they were expecting.

It wasn’t until January 2021 where they released the video titled “Forced Off YouTube - Full FBI story” where they explained what had happened. And then a month later at the end of February They began to upload videos much more frequently than they had in the last year and a bit.

Roman would go on the impulsive podcast and talk in more depth about the whole situation. He explained that this type of stuff happens to all types of people, especially creators. This stalker did a lot of things to scare Roman, and the FBI told him to just be patient and let them do their job to find the stalker.

Roman and his family from what we have heard seem to be okay now, and we hope that he doesn’t have another serious stalker like this that will take him off the YouTube platform again.
