Hassan Mubark is a physician and rheumatologist with an FRACP degree/Australasia. He graduated with an MBChB degree from Baghdad school of medicine/Iraq in 1989. His primary interest was #internal medicine because of the depth and breadth of knowledge required in that field; he loves challenges since he was a #medical student. He moved to New Zealand in 1995 then underwent a qualification exam to practice in New Zealand in 1999. He fulfilled his first dream of becoming a dual-trained specialist in internal medicine and rheumatology in 2007. He became a physician in a tertiary center at Middlemore hospital / Auckland together with part-time private work followed by being an independent rheumatologist at Auckland Regenerative Clinic. He developed a particular interest in resistant injuries with the challenge of fixing patients in one session by targeted steroid injections. He is not keen on “nothing we can do”; thus moved into regenerative medicine in 2011, starting from autologous blood injection to PRP (plasma) and finally fat-derived expanded purified mesenchymal stem cell therapy (future medicine) as a non-surgical challenge. He created multiple successes with returning injured national and world champions to their loved sports, his current interest is regenerating tendons, and improving #cartilage thickness. His final dream to get the cartilage to a younger age with some challenging, safe non-synthetic hydrogel (scaffolding) techniques through experimental experienced bioscientists; he has used #plasma exosomes successfully to potentiate the effect of mesenchymal stem cell therapy
