The Raspberry Pi Zero W is low on stock everywhere due to the worldwide chip shortage, but a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W would work just as well if that's what's available near you.
The Pi Zero W appears to be in stock in kit form at Pimoroni: https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/ra...

The full size Raspberry Pis will not fit in that case but should run the screen and software OK.
The Raspberry Pi Pico is a completely different thing with a similar name, so don't get one of those to try to do this!
