Snow has arrived on the farm, yes in Spring! Temperatures had dropped dramatically and the icy days broke into blizzard like conditions and revealed a snowy wonderland to get lost in.
We managed to get a day out just before it hit, and our choice was the peaceful monastic settlement of Drumlane Abbey and some time by the lake shore.

Although the snow is beautiful, it makes farming a lot more challenging. However, these spring snow showers don't usually last long, and we'll be back to sunny spring days once again and the promise of a garden budding with blooms.
