Etsy started in 2005 and has grown rapidly with the Etsy community generating 895 million dollars in revenue in 2012 along with changing the world for good! At this month's #net2melb Kirsteene Phelan Etsy Australia's Marketing and Communications Manager will discuss how scale and profit need to not disrupt vision and values and the challenges faced by tech companies who care.

Etsy was recently certified a "B Corporation" - a certification for companies that are redefining success in business. Mele-Ane Havea from impact investment firm Small Giants, the first B Corporation in Australia will explain what it means to be "B corp certified" and how you can join the growing number of Australia companies seeking certification.
