Trying the WEIRDEST Malaysian food! Malaysian Kampung roadtrip- Sekinchan,Selangor- DAY TRIP FROM KL

We went for a day trip from Kuala Lumpur: It was Ivana's birthday, and Abang Ajib took us for another kampung roadtrip, discovering the hidden gems of Malaysia!

We first started our journey at Rathaa Curry House in Puchong, Selangor for a banana leaf breakfast...roti canai, thosai, and chapati drenched in delicious curry and dhaal.

Then we drove north passing Kuala Selangor, towards Sekinchan. We drove through some kampung areas surrounded by rice paddies. Then we stopped at Orang Orang cafe in Sekinchan to try the weirdest thing we've tried in Malaysia: belangkas! This creature looks like a mix of sting ray + crab...weird looking and tasting.

Along the way, we also stopped to try sugar cane juice, and tapai.
