When I was pregnant, I got pretty sick, vomiting and not eating for the entire pregnancy. I lost weight instead of gaining and my baby was born with a few congenital health conditions.

If I knew then what I know now, I could have done something different.

That is why is more than a passion but a responsibility to support pregnant women to have a healthy pregnancy and to support individuals and families to live in optimal health by cooking at home with plant-forward cooking principles.

Everyone needs to know how to read food product labels, buy groceries the smart way and cook at home to prevent illnesses.
