As it says in the title really.......
The BBCHM took place on Saturday 1st July 2023 along the towpaths from Wolverhampton to Birmingham.
Myself together and some friends from our Tividale Trotters Walk & Run Club took part and this video captures the entire route.

I tried to capture not only our club runners but everything else that came into play on the day.
The water stations, the marshals, the scenery and how I felt along the way.

Filmed on a Gopro 11 with short selfie stick, it really does show the event and the environment off in it's full glory.
