The OMNI® Surgical System is a device used to perform minimally invasive, implant-free glaucoma procedures in adults with primary open-angle glaucoma.

OMNI enables a comprehensive procedure (canaloplasty followed by trabeculotomy) that can be used before, in combination with, or following cataract surgery. The implant-free, ab interno procedure addresses the three primary areas of resistance of the conventional outflow pathway: the trabecular meshwork, Schlemm’s canal, and the collector channels. OMNI is effective across the full spectrum of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) severity: mild, moderate, and advanced.
