It's DAY 20 of our FOCUS program and I am so pumped for a no equipment leg workout with you! We have 45 seconds of work at a time and 2 rounds of every circuit. I used a bench, a slider, and my glute bands but you can do all of these moves with just your bodyweight!

Exercises:
1. Squat pulse x3 and jump
2. Lunge Tap in and out Right
3. Lunge tap in and out left
4. Squat Hold

5. Curtsy Lunge to Lateral Lunge right
6. Curtsy lunge to lateral lunge left
7. Curtsy lunge hops
8. Lateral Lunge Knee drive twist right
9. lateral lunge knee drive twist left

10. Glute Bridges
11. Side Plank knee drivers left
12. Side plank knee drivers right
13. Left Leg Bridge
14. right leg bridge

15. Squat jump to lunge
16. Lunge jump
17. Power step ups
