Common Respiratory Diseases क्या हैं?
Common respiratory diseases में आते हैं — Asthma (दमा), COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Pneumonia, Tuberculosis (TB), Lung fungal infections, Allergies, और Eosinophilia.
ये conditions lungs और breathing pattern को affect करती हैं, इसलिए timely consultation with a Pulmonologist बहुत ज़रूरी है।

Lungs में fungal infections, allergies और eosinophilia क्या होते हैं?
Fungal infection तब होता है जब fungus lungs के अंदर grow करने लगता है — जिससे persistent cough, fever और सांस लेने में तकलीफ़ होती है।
Allergies और Eosinophilia ऐसी conditions हैं जहां immune system dust, pollen या pollutants पर ज़्यादा react करता है — जिससे inflammation और breathing problems होती हैं।
कई बार इनके symptoms asthma जैसे लगते हैं।

Asthma (दमा) क्या है और कैसे शुरू होता है?
Asthma या दमा एक chronic lung condition है जिसमें airways inflamed और narrow हो जाती हैं — जिससे सांस लेने में दिक्कत होती है।
ये ज़्यादातर childhood में शुरू होता है और dust, cold air, smoke, या infections से trigger हो सकता है।

क्या Asthma genetic disease है?
Yes, Asthma अक्सर genetic या hereditary होता है — यानी अगर parents को asthma या allergies हैं तो बच्चों में भी ये develop होने के chances ज़्यादा रहते हैं।
Early diagnosis और regular treatment से symptoms को control किया जा सकता है।

COPD किन वजहों से होता है और कौन risk पर है?
COPD ज़्यादातर long-term irritant exposure से होता है — जैसे smoking (cigarettes या bidis) या chulha smoke से।
इससे lungs में damage और swelling होती है, जिससे chronic cough, breathlessness और fatigue होती है।
Smokers और indoor smoke exposure वाले लोग high risk पर होते हैं।

Tuberculosis (TB) के symptoms क्या हैं?
TB के common symptoms हैं:

शाम को बुखार

3 हफ्तों से ज़्यादा समय तक रहने वाली खांसी

खांसी के साथ mucus या खून

Weight loss और थकान
अगर ये symptoms दिखें तो तुरंत Pulmonologist से consult करें।

TB में डॉक्टर से कब मिलना चाहिए?
अगर आपको prolonged cough, evening fever, या breathing difficulty है, तो delay ना करें — जल्दी से डॉक्टर को दिखाएं।
Early treatment lung damage और infection spread रोकने में मदद करता है।
