How To Find Instagram Friends On Facebook

Facebook owns Instagram, which means they make it easy to find all of your Instagram friends on FB. However, you need to know the right settings and turn on the right features to let Facebook pull the information to connect with your Instagram friends as well. In this video, I walk you through how to connect Instagram and Facebook and how to share your friends and contacts from Instagram to Facebook. This will make it so the IG friends show up on the Facebook suggested friends list for you to add.

If you can't find your Instagram friends on Facebook they may not have a Facebook account. Or, they potentially didn't use the same email address or phone number to sign up for the two accounts. If this is the case, you can search for them by name or just send them a quick DM asking what their Facebook name is because you want to connect with them!
