Motorized Bicycle Pull Start and Wide Crankset Bottom Bracket Adapter Part 2

Wide crankset and sealed bottom bracket conversion is complete! This is easy enough for anybody to do. If you put a pull start on your motorized bike you will probably have to invest in these parts. The pull start is cheap but at minimum you will have to buy the $35.00 wide crankset and bottom bracket kit to gain clearance from the pull start housing. This is good enough to use by itself but I wanted to improve it further. So, I bought an american to euro bottom bracket adapter that I could utilize a sealed bottom bracket of a narrower spindle length. Worked out great for about $25.00 more bucks. So total cost with pull start, wide crank, bottom bracket adapter and sealed cartridge = $70.00. Well worth it in my opinion!
