Army chief versus Jaya over Dilshan

The Tamil Nadu Government has asked Army authorities to hand over the person, who allegedly killed a 13-year-old boy who strayed inside its premises in Chennai, to the state police. Terming the attack against the minor boy as "unpardonable", Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa today said the Army should handover the person responsible to the police so that he can be dealt with in accordance with the law.
