Tecnomaco made possible this control thanks to one monobloc including the vantages of the FC series and the technology of the digital weighing.
The application stems from the request received from a Russian company. In particular, they required an accurate control of the liquid filling. This is in function of the cost of the liquid to be bottled. The competitors proposed a scale at the entrance and one at the exit of the liquid filling-capping machine, but this was not sufficient to meet the needs of the Russians because after filling the dropper and cap were placed. Although individually of limited weight, these closures became influential in terms of weighing accuracy. Tecnomaco, rather, proposed a 100% check-weighing solution, with two digital loading cells, one before filling and the second immediately after, but before capping.
