Missed one (lost the clip): When Asura runs towards Wyzen and uses rocks to jump above him, failing at any time has Wyzen grab him and throw him away, so you have to repeat the part. Sadly, these are the only screw-up animations. During the other bosses, the sequences just keep playing whether you failed the QTE or not.
