On April 24th, 2017 my family and I were backing out of a driveway and received an error message stating service stabiltrac. When it happened the first time, the steering wheel jerked out of my hands and died. I restarted the vehicle and pulled back into the driveway. I had my wife start the recording and attempted to backup and turn about again and we got the same error message.

This issue has been occurring for around 8 months now. GMC is aware of this safety issue and has done NOTHING about it.

This video was taken on April 24th, 2017 documenting an issue with our 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab 4WD. We have been dealing with this issue since August of this last year and have still not found a resolution. Landmark Chevrolet in Taylorville, IL has had our vehicle in the shop 4 times on this issue alone and put over 200 miles on our vehicle. No resolution. Friendly Chevrolet in Springfield IL had our truck for nearly 3 weeks and put over 70 miles on the vehicle...no resolution. S & K Buick GMC has had our vehicle in the shop 2 times and put over 150 miles on our vehicle and still no resolution.

I have been in contact with Desirae (Case # 8-2794929790), DeMonte (Case Number 8-2573179216), Kalia (first person we spoke to, can't find the case number), Kate (8-2489886972), Shawna (8-259332246), and Terri (8-2794929790) with GMC Customer Assistance in an attempt to get a buyback or a replacement of this lemon but have gotten nowhere.
