An amazing but strenuous 20.7 kilometer (12.8 miles) long hike located in the Island of the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park. Carry plenty of water and healthy snacks with you. Sometimes the way up and back to the trailhead is difficult to follow. Explore the majestic area of the Upheaval Dome and self-explore the crater. It's a one hour drive from Moab, Utah, to the trailhead. Arrive early so you have enough time for the hike. The best time for this hike is spring and fall.
