Ingredients:
Raw rice - 1.5 cup (soaked in water for 3-4 hours)
Boiled potato - 2 medium size
Ginger - 1/2 inch (roughly chopped)
Green chilly - 2-3
Water - (1.5 cup (for grinding) + 1/2 cup)
Capsicum - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Boiled corn- 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Onion- 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Boiled peas - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Curry leaves - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Cumin (jeera) - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly flakes - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1.5 tsp (as per then taste)
Lemon juice - 1.5 tdp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Oil for roasting

Serve delicious healthy rice chilla with coconut chutney.
