🍰 Ingredients:

Raspberries - About a cup
Raspberry Jam/ Jelly - 1-2 tablespoons

Desiccated coconut 45g (½ cup)
Plain Flour 200g (1 and ⅓ cups)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
3 Eggs
Sour cream or natural Yogurt 240g (1 cup)

Baking pan 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)
Measuring cup size - 240 ml

Method:
Add all the cake ingredients together.
Whisk for about 30 seconds.
Give it a mix.
Whisk again for about 30 seconds

Mix the Raspberries with the jelly / jam.

Fold gently in the cake batter.

Now Bake in a preheated oven at 175c (350f) for 35-40 minutes.
