Couldn't find a non insane method on YT and the wiki's method doesn't work for irons. Requires alt which can venom (serp helm + blowpipe guarantees venom on hit). My alt is iron too but it shouldn't matter.

Brew down alt to 1 combat stats so you can only hit a 1. Turn auto retaliate off.

Hit the Ice Queen for a 1 to venom it on your alt. Ice queen must regen to full HP before the venom ticks so that the level 3 can get kill credit. You can test this by hitting the ice queen on the level 3 - if you see the no drop 🚫 symbol she didn't regen in time before the venom tick - just hop to the next world and try again.

Once you successfully venom her at full HP, allow it to tick once or twice to make sure she doesn't regen back to full, then hit her once for a 1 on the level 3. You should NOT be seeing the no drop warning symbol 🚫. I preferred to use a shared combat xp weapon to minimise xp in each style (butterfly net) but it doesn't matter what you use. Continue tanking on the alt.

Allow her to die by venom and the level 3 will receive the ice gloves drop if done successfully.
