Im starting a new series and I'm soooooo excited about it! I am going to be trying several different track and field events as a 400 hurdler. There is SO much that goes into different track and field events and I'm so excited to learn about all of them! In this first episode, I'm joined by indoor All-American, 2x Pitt school record holder, Foluke Olujide-Ajibade and she is teaching me the hammer throw!!☺️ I had so much fun and I can't wait to get the rest of the series going!
