TRAPS in DCDA Triplet pregnancy reduced by RFA

Описание к видео TRAPS in DCDA Triplet pregnancy reduced by RFA

Twin reversed arterial perfusion sequence (TRAPS) is associated with high mortality of the pumping fetus (33% before 16 gestational weeks). To prevent this, early intervention with radiofrequency ablation of the umbilical vessels of the acardiac fetus should be considered. TRAPS may occur in a triplet pregnancy consisting of a monochorionic component. This video demonstrates how to perform the procedure safely in a DCDA triplet pregnancy (singleton + MCMA pair).
