3. Drink Water at Regular Intervals
Since water accounts for 70% of your body's weight, staying hydrated is essential for keeping your body healthy and working properly throughout the day. So, do not forget to drink water at regular intervals to stay hydrated.

Even on a bad day, being hydrated will make you feel better.

If you have a habit of forgetting to drink water, try using technology to help you. There are a variety of apps available to help you remember.

4. Indulge in Physical Activities
Physical activities reduce your risk of sickness, increase your mental performance, and improve the quality of your sleep.

As a result, regardless of how hectic your schedule is, you must indulge in physical activities on a daily basis. An average adult should exercise for at least 20 to 40 minutes every day.
