In this video, John is a defensive tactic instructor at Unity One, Inc. Training Academy. The trainer will be teaching a class on how to become a security guard in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the training today, the students will learn how to safely take a criminal down. The technique is called the push/pull method. This is a simple move requiring two moves to redirect forces to get the individual safely into a handcuffing position. A strategic position is the ideal position to be in where you have full control over the situation and who you are disarming.
