King Tower Farm | Floating Farm experiment (2019) | Angie Mead King

Trying out a new concept I learned from YouTube! The water hyacinth are pests for most and if find a new use for them then I think we can start a trend! This is part one, sorry if its short but basically the idea for a floating farm is that you can build it by the shore of your property that is prone to flooding. The concept is pretty much straight forward. You stack it up enough that it will float then the plants on top will decompose allowing you to use it as a grow bed for vegetables. Will update soon when I get back to the farm!
