Ingredients:
30g cashew nuts
2 slices of pineapple
30g sliced onion
30g red, yellow and green capsicum
30g frozen peas defrosted
30g grated carrot
1 green chilli finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
400g precooked cold rice
1tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
