Katie Ginella Opens Up About RHOC Drama and Uncertain Future

Katie Ginella, a newcomer on The Real Housewives of Orange County (RHOC), is unsure about returning for another season after a turbulent first year on the show. Introduced in Season 18, Ginella quickly found herself in drama, notably clashing with Heather Dubrow over a rumor involving staged paparazzi photos. She also faced tension with longtime friend Gina Kirschenheiter, who introduced her to the cast.
