As a result Sweden is now accepting record numbers of Syrians and Iraqis, the highest in the EU. But how can Sweden manage such an ambitious open door policy? The town of Södertälje south of Stockholm has become a magnet for Middle Eastern Christians, but as Malcolm Brabant reports, it is struggling to cope with the influx.
