🔹️RICE KEBBEH🔹️

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

🔸️GROUND MEAT: 2kg
(its still depends on how much you want to make,in my video I used 2kg of meat)

🔸️RICE: 5cups

🔸️SPICES /SEASONING FOR RICE DOUGH
▫️Salt (optional)
▫️white pepper (optional)
▫️black pepper (optional)
▫️cinnamon (optional)
▪️1 egg
▪️2tspn white vinegar
▪️2tbsp brown flour

🔸️SPICES / SEASONING FOR GROUND MEAT
▫️white pepper
▫️black pepper
▫️black lemon
▫️salt
▫️sugar
▫️turmeric
📌all spices or seasonings depends on how much you like it to taste or how much quantity you are going to make.

📌When putting on a tray cover layer by layer by cling film to avoid it from sticking to each other
