Recon returns again this year with some decent upgrades to the set. Base cards and inserts have improved designs and case hit inserts look good. However, for $220+ per box there many other alternatives that will provide better value since the hobby doesn't rate Recon highly. Fun product to open but not really going to get the huge cards that you can in other sets. The first off the line version is far better even with it being $100 more. In this case it is worth it. 3.5/10.
