July 31st is Harry Potter’s birthday so I made this super cute & simple dot painted art stone of his bestie Hedwig for the occasion & I just love how it turned out! In this tutorial I’ll give you the step-by-step instructions on how to dot paint a beautiful art stone using Dollar Tree stencils & some acrylic paint. Are you new to dot painting?
