Sausage Biscuits:
This one is hardly a recipe. I just cook sausage patties and let completely cool. Bake frozen biscuits (I prefer Pillsbury brand for this) and let those cool. Tear open the cool biscuits, add a sausage patty and pop these into a freezer bag. You can also individually wrap and then store inside of a larger bag for a longer freezer life. To Reheat: Wrap individually in a paper towel and microwave on high for 1 min (time may depend on your microwave). I also reheat these in a skillet sometimes by disassembling the sandwich to reheat. Add an egg and cheese if you'd like and enjoy!

Breakfast Burritos:
(measurements are approximate - as you saw in this video I didn't measure for these)
10-12 tortillas
1 dozen farm fresh eggs
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. sausage crumbled
10 strips of bacon, cut into crumbles

1. Cook the sausage and bacon until done, drain excess fat and set aside.
2. Add butter to your pan and cook the eggs, scrambling them as you go.
3. Add everything to a prep bowl and top with part of the cheese. Toss.
4. Lay out all of the tortillas and top with remaining cheese. Then scoop in the egg/meat mixture and secure the burritos by folding in the sides and rolling up the ends.
5. Flash freeze on a cookie sheet for 10-15 min after completely cooled. Then store them in a large freezer bag.
6. To reheat, wrap the burrito individually in a paper towel and microwave approximately 2 minutes (again will depend on you microwave). Then place the burrito in a skillet on medium heat to crisp up the exterior a bit. Serve with the dipping sauce of your choice.

Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookies:
1 c. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
1 c. dark chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
3/4 c. caramel bits
Course natural sea salt for finishing

1. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
2. Add the dry ingredients next (flour, soda and salt)
3. Toss in and gently mix the chocolate chips and caramel bits
4. Scoop with a small melon baller and roll into cookie dough bites.
5. From here you can flash freeze these and then add to a freezer bag for later use. OR you can bake right away at 350 for 10-12 minutes. (baking time from frozen will be more like 12-14 minutes)
6. Top with some sea salt for a sweet and salty treat! Enjoy!
