Reading with the Egyptian Star Oracle

This video shows how to do a simple four card reading with the Egyptian Star Oracle by Travis McHenry.

The spread used here represents the "life cycle" of a decan star over the course of a year:
* It is born (heliacal rise) 80 days
*It culminates (rises to its highest point) 120 days
*It disappears into the Duat (dips below the horizon) 70 days
*It is rebon (rises again)

Sirius (the goddess Sopdet) has the life cycle closest to this idea, while all the other decans are similar, but her cycle most closely mirrors the 365 day solar year. Sirius is also the brightest star in the night sky, which made her especially important to the ancient Egyptians.
