EPIC IOWA RUT BOWHUNT // INSANE SHOT, YEARS in the making!

2024 November Iowa Whitetail Archery Buck!!

Bowhunting is my absolute biggest passion in life and the evening of November 5th proved to be the heart-pounding whitetail rut action that we all dream of. 8 hours I sat in the rain waiting for an old mature buck to walk past, and as the clouds broke loose to sunny skies at 3:20pm, a mature doe sprinted past and I knew exactly why, it was the best case scenario we can have in November. 3 immature bucks were hot on her trail and a short time after this mature brute came tearing through the timber right behind them. Everything can change in the matter of seconds, and on this hunt, it did. Truly thankful for the opportunity we have to bowhunt in this country and for this mature Iowa rut buck.
