Are shiny pokemon random? Are shiny pokemon designed? Is there a shiny pokemon algorithm? Are there shiny pokemon rules? There are all kinds of questions that I am attempting to answer in this video. Let's discuss what I've done.... also a disclaimer of course: I COULD BE TOTALLY WRONG HERE! This isn't a video claiming "here is how it is done." Rather, I'm just explaining my research and observations, and attempting to form a hypothesis on how it was done. Let this be a starting point for those more knowledgeable on the matter.
