बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के दूसरे और अंतिम चरण के लिए मतदान 11 नवंबर को होना है. इस चरण में 20 जिलों की 122 विधानसभा सीटों पर वोटिंग होगी जिसमें 3 करोड़ 70 लाख से अधिक मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करेंगे. दूसरे चरण के मतदान के लिए प्रशासनिक तैयारियां लगभग पूरी हो चुकी हैं. भारत-नेपाल सीमा पर निगरानी बढ़ा दी गई है और 11 नवंबर की रात तक सीमा को पूरी तरह सील कर दिया गया है. इस दौरान सीमावर्ती इलाकों में लोगों के आवागमन पर सख्त रोक लगाई गई है ताकि किसी भी बाहरी दखल या अवैध गतिविधि को रोका जा सके.
पहले चरण में हुई 65.08 फीसदी रिकॉर्ड वोटिंग के बाद अब दूसरे चरण के मतदान को लेकर भी मतदाताओं में खासा उत्साह देखा जा रहा है. मतदाताओं के जोश और जज्बे के बीच अब जब नतीजों में एक हफ्ते से भी कम का वक्त बचा है, ऐसे में राजनीतिक तापमान और प्रत्याशियों की धड़कनें दोनों तेज हैं. दूसरे चरण में 20 जिलों की 122 विधानसभा सीटों पर मतदान होगा. इनमें पूर्वी और पश्चिमी चंपारण, गया, मधुबनी, सीतामढ़ी, रोहतास, भागलपुर, कटिहार और पूर्णिया जैसे बड़े नाम शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा कैमूर, अरवल, जहानाबाद, औरंगाबाद, नवादा, जमुई, बांका, किशनगंज, अररिया, सुपौल और शिवहर जिलों की सीटों पर अंतिम चरण में वोटिंग होगी. इन सभी जिलों में मुख्य मुकाबला एनडीए और महागठबंधन उम्मीदवारों के बीच देखने को मिलेगा. अंतिम चरण की 122 सीटों पर लगभग 1,302 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं. इस चरण में आपके इलाके से विधायक बनने की रेस कौन से प्रमुख राजनीतिक दलों के उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं. आइए एक दृष्टि डालते हैं कि कौन उम्मीदवार किनके सामने मजबूती से खड़े हैं. आइए 122 सीटों की सूची देखते हैं.
