Question: How Can You Write a Resume So That You Don't Look Inexperieinced?

I was just watching your answer video for "How Do You Get Enough Experience to Apply for Programming Jobs". You talked about how people should apply for every job thay find interesting even you would not have enough experience or qualifications. So my question is do you have some tips about how to write job application without sounding like you lack of experience and/or qualifications mentioned in job advertisement?
