In this video I’ll show you the best procedures for unsticking, detaching, removing, uncurling and flattening postage stamps for our stamp collection without damaging the stamps. Stamps are usually removed from the envelopes when we want to classify them and place them in an album. On the other hand, when we store stamps in bulk in envelopes they tend to get stuck to one another due to the humidity in the air and the gum at the back of each stamp. In this video I'll show you the best way to separate stamps and flatten them.
